How can I place an order?
Please make all orders through our secure website. Mystery Boxes can only be purchased on our official website to prevent scams. The Boxes CANNOT be purchased via Instagram, Facebook or any other social media sites or websites.
Will I receive order confirmation?
Yes, you will be sent an email confirming your purchase immediately upon placing your order.
Can I customise my order?
No, our Mystery Boxes come pre-packaged and cannot be customised.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Victoria Metro: 2-4 working days
Victoria Country: 2-5 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons. Deliveries are made between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We deliver only to street addresses, not PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping for all Mystery Boxes is free of charge, and we offer the option to ship to multiple locations in Victoria at no additional cost.
Do you ship outside of Victoria or internationally?
No, we currently only ship within Victoria.
Product Substitution:
In the event that an advertised product is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will substitute it with an item of equal or greater value. You can find a detailed list of contents on our website.
Returns and Refunds:
Savemore does not offer refunds for incorrect choices, failure to read terms and conditions, unavoidable delivery delays, or damage in transit, except at the discretion of management. Each case will be assessed individually once the faulty or damaged box has been returned to Savemore. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
